Q. How do I find my account number?

A. Contact our Customer Service Department 1-800-308-7583 for assistance.

Q. Why do I need to create an online account?

A. You will need to have this to manage your site and have access to the orders submitted on your site.

Q. Is there a charge for this website?

A. No, this is a free selling tool that we offer our dealers to help you succeed in the online marketplace.

Q. What does personalizing my site mean?

A. You will have an array of options to customize your site including different Design Options, adding your logo or custom image, About Us and FAQ sections and many more features to make the site your own.

Q. How are the orders processed?

A. Orders are sent directly to you for review once your customer checks out. Birchcraft does not get involved until you review the order and submit it to us. You will need to log into your password protected administration site to view and process your orders.       

Q. How does payment work?

A. As soon as your customer places an order, you receive an immediate email informing you of that order. The email contains a link for you to click on which takes you to this Dealer Administration Site to log in to see your order.   
 
The choice is yours when you create your site on how you would like to collect payment from your customer. Upon creating your site you have the option to do the following:
  • Use your current vendor and accept credit cards for processing later.
  • Accept online payment using one of the Payment Vendors we offer; Authorize.Net, PayPal Website Payments Pro, PayPal Payflow Pro. Please note, fees may be involved by choosing these Payment Vendors and are not imposed on you by Birchcraft Studios.
  • Choose to contact your customer to arrange for payment. 
  • Accept credit card orders, as well as orders not accompanied by credit card payment. This option allows you to accept orders accompanied by a credit card, but will also accept orders from any customer who does not present credit card payment information. Those customers will have to be contacted separately to arrange for payment.
When you have finalized the order with your customer, you then submit the order to us to be processed.
